This two-story guest house is located in the resort area of Siófok, about 80 m from the Balaton shore. There is also a restaurant and grocery store 2-3 minutes from the guest house. The house is a two-story residential building, which can only be rented as a whole during the HIGH SEASON, from Saturday to Saturday, and by room during the NON-HIGH SEASON.

In the living room on the ground floor, a color TV (with cable programs) is available to the guests. The large terrace with garden furniture opens from the living room. The kitchen on the ground floor is well equipped and includes: gas stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker. From the corridor opens a separate toilet, a furnished bathroom with a bathtub, a shower cabin, and a toilet. There is also a furnished kitchen on the first floor: gas stove, coffee maker, 2 refrigerators, toaster. In addition, there are 2 showers on the first floor, one with a toilet and 2 separate toilets, and a TV with cable channels in every room.

Our rates include the use of water, gas and electricity.

Tourist tax: €1.50/person/day
(payable to those aged between 18 and 70)

Pets can be brought by appointment.

During the high season, we welcome our guests preferably from Saturday to Saturday.

Arrival: Saturday from 3 p.m.;
Departure: Saturday by 10 a.m.

A different date is possible upon request and on the basis of an individual discussion.

Payment terms: when booking approx. Payment of 20% by bank transfer, the remaining amount and the tourist tax must be paid in cash upon arrival.
